App licence

6-5-4 is developed by Jon Miller. For App Store downloads, use is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless the listing provides a custom licence. This page provides additional information and does not replace that agreement.

Using the game

The game is for personal entertainment. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or manipulate shared leaderboard scores. Original artwork and content belong to Jon Miller or their respective rights holders.

The word list accepts British and American spellings and may include profane language. Word acceptance follows the bundled game dictionary.

Apple services

App Store distribution and Game Center are operated by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms. Leaderboards may need an Apple account and an internet connection. Local puzzles do not require Game Center.

Progress and availability

Progress is stored locally. Removing app data or changing devices without an appropriate backup may lose it. We cannot restore local data we do not hold.

Features and content may change through updates. Apple services depend on Apple, your account and connectivity. Uninterrupted availability of this website or online leaderboards is not promised.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains local storage, Game Center, shared results, support messages and website data.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits rights under applicable consumer law or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app licence governs licensing and related responsibilities.
